What the service is
CheckAero is an independent, free lookup of public FAA aircraft registration and FCC amateur radio license data. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for the FAA or the FCC.
Accuracy
We copy the official data files as published and refresh them daily, but our copy can lag the official records by a few days and the source files can contain errors. Always check the official FAA registry or FCC ULS record before you rely on a date, and renew directly with the agency.
Acceptable use
Do not use automated tools to download the site in bulk; the original FAA and FCC files are free to download from the agencies. Requests above normal browsing rates are limited.
