Funk aircraft in the FAA registry
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) lists 89 registered aircraft under the manufacturer name "FUNK". This registry includes 88 valid registrations across four distinct models. All entries are fixed-wing, single-engine aircraft powered by reciprocating engines. The fleet consists of 82 standard-class and 2 experimental-class aircraft. Most of these planes were built between 1939 and 1948, with half constructed in 1946 or earlier.
The B85C model dominates the registry with 61 aircraft. The B model accounts for 14 registrations, while the B75L has 11. Only three C models are registered. All listed models are two-seat aircraft. The B85C, B, and B75L share Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) A-715, issued to the Funk Aeroplane Company.
Kansas holds the most registrations with 12 aircraft, followed by Ohio with 11, and Texas with 8. Each model has its own page with specifications and the type certificate data sheet (TCDS). Every aircraft has a registration record by N-number.
